Traube Blansingen is a small hotel and restaurant located in the village of Blansingen, in the southwest of Germany, close to Basel, Switzerland. It is managed by Brian Wawryk and Daniela Hasse.
The restaurant offers a six-course tasting menu that showcases the seasonal and regional products of the area, inspired by the elements of earth, air, water, and fire. The cuisine is creative and respectful of the local ingredients, the environment, and the traditions.
Traube Blansingen is a place where guests can feel at home while experiencing a unique and delicious culinary journey. I have eaten here multiple times, and Brian’s way of cooking is getting better every time. If you haven’t eaten here, then it’s time to say hello to Daniela and Brian.
