The Stucki – Tanja Grandits restaurant is a two-star Michelin restaurant in the historic Bruderholz villa in Basel. It is named after its chef, Tanja Grandits, who is known for her innovative and colorful cuisine combining regional products with exotic herbs and spices. I headed out for a quick lunch menu, sitting in the Garden enjoying the food and some rain showers. It was, as always, an incredible experience.
