Impressions
The Spielweg restaurant is a family-run establishment in the picturesque Münstertal valley in the Black Forest region of Germany. It offers a refined regional cuisine with creative Asian influences, mainly using local products.
The restaurant is led by Victoria Fuchs, a young and ambitious chef who inherited the passion for cooking and hunting from her father, Karl-Josef Fuchs, a renowned wild game expert. Victoria Fuchs combines traditional wild dishes with exotic ingredients and recipes, creating cosmopolitan and surprising flavors. She is also a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs, an association of innovative chefs in Europe.
The Spielweg restaurant is where home meets the world, and wild meets refined.
