Nothing needs to be said about the Noma anymore. Noma and René Rezepi’s team have won multiple accolades, including being named the world’s best restaurant five times by the World’s 50 Best. It will finally close at the end of 2024 after going through its second generation.
Previously, I enjoyed the game & forest menu. Hence, I wanted to enjoy and compare it with the summer vegetable season. It was awesome. If you have the chance, book a table in the last seasons. I will come back for the ocean season next year.
