Sergio Herman will open Oud Sluis & Beyond in 2024

10 years after closing Oud Sluis, Sergio Herman will open 2024 a new restaurant in the south of Antwerp, and he will be behind the stove again. The new restaurant will be named “Oud Sluis & Beyond”. As the name suggests, it will be a fine dining experience with a maximum of 24 guests. Sergio Herman will co-open the restaurant Tim Boury, who was his sous chef in the Oud Sluis. Two three-star Michelin chefs are teaming up, and I look forward to the experience.
